Where to See Santa Around Dallas-Fort Worth

We’ve scoped out the coolest spots to meet St. Nick—and the Grinch too

At the heart of so many families’ Christmas traditions are the annual visits to Santa Claus himself, when your kids may or may not look him in the eye and shyly plead their case for why they’ve been a good boy or girl (wink). And thanks to his many helpers, Santa can meet all the local children and hear their requests for the top toys or wishes on lists.

See below for some of our favorite spots around Dallas-Fort Worth where you can meet with St. Nick, and snap a keepsake photo or just say hello. But the truth is there are so many places to see Santa around town—practically at every Christmas event and festival. So for many more opportunities to spot him and snap a friendly photo, search for Christmas events on our calendar.

Plus, you’ll score some free hot chocolate (for the first 500 people, anyway) and sit back for an outdoor screening of what else but Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the 2000 version—arguably, the best version—starring Jim Carrey.
