Vibe: Yucatan Taco Stand is by no means a hole in the wall restaurant. Still, it offers great tasting Mexican food of that quality. The interior is clean and modern, with wooden accents and splashes of color. Food is ordered before you sit, and then delivered to your table.
Why it's tot-friendly: Kids will enjoy their own special menu, with offerings like a meat & cheese burrito, quesadillas, or cheese enchiladas. Plus, all the offerings are large enough so the little ones can sample off of your plate, too.
Be sure to try: Entrees are good, but don’t leave without trying one of the tacos. The Original Tempura Fish Taco or the garlic shredded beef taco is the way to go. All tacos are served on steamed white corn tortillas.
Good to know: An extensive offering of vegetarian entrees is also available on the menu. Perfect for all veggie-lovers and anyone wanting to take a break from meat without eating a salad.
Best times to go with kids: Because of the extensive bar, the restaurant can get crowded with evening patrons. Try to avoid dinner on weekends, and take the fam for a weekday dinner or lunch.
