Our second visit at the OB office was with Susan. She made us feel like we were meeting with someone in our family who cared as much about our baby as we did. Although we thought we had a long list of questions, she encouraged us to ask them all and voice any concerns we had about delivery. Her body language was open and her reassurance reminded us that it’s possible to have a minimal stress birth. She addressed both myself and my husband in the appointment, which was greatly appreciated and a good reminder that the couple is a birth team. –Emily, Forney
