Not only were the intake and assessment process thorough, Dr. Mortimer went above and beyond to make sure we understood our child’s diagnosis and gave amazing direction about how to proceed with receiving school services. It’s something that can be tricky and confusing to understand and navigate, but she showed her care for our family in making she we were comfortable and confident even after we left her care.
