Layla is a very sweet and gentle natured person – this is such a bonus with an ABA therapist. Being around her is calming for my son. Even when she needs to redirect;she does so with such ease and in a calm and distractive manner that he doesn’t even realize he is being redirected. I’ve seen her do this first-hand during drop off. He climbed into the driver’s seat and pretended to steer. He did not want to get back into his seat. She then asked for a hug goodbye which helped me get him out of my seat and back into his in a sweet and calm way. This simple act shows she is very witty. She can think fast on her feet and resolve issues without causing stress. All-in-all she is a pleasant and easy going therapist who has a loving and nurturing way about her with the kids; like a mother would to their child. —Alisa, Arlington
