Amelia taught me about my pelvic floor and how to better care for my body. The physical therapy exercises helped me in many ways. At the time, I was pregnant and preparing to give birth but I’ve been able to use many of the exercises in my daily routine almost 3 years later. It’s been life-changing for me!
