In an age when kids spend more time indoors, they might miss out on the all-but-forgotten pastime of tree climbing. U.S. Tree Adventures helps reintroduce your kids to tree climbing by making it accessible for families without that perfect, sturdy tree with low-hanging branches in their own back yard.
Take a day trip to the McKinney Community Center located in a forested area just off Highway 75 for recreational tree climbing you won’t find anywhere else in the area. Scale up to 35 feet high with the help of a special climbing harness. Wear pants or long shorts and closed-toe shoes.
