work/shop art studio

work/shop is a nonprofit art studio empowering young people between the ages of 8-19. Through our programs, we foster a creative community that values and uplifts the voices of young artists, emphasizing connection, collaboration, and the celebration of their unique visions.

Founded in 2022, work/shop hosts free and affordable classes, open studios, and events for youth ages 8-19 in the Dallas area focused on art making and arts entrepreneurship. We are the proud organizers of the Dallas Teen Artists Market, and hope to create more spaces where young artists have access to all the tools they need to make art and build creative careers with the support of their peers and adult mentors.
