I’ve been waiting for the right opportunity to share about my incredible provider and all that she did for my family, and I’m hoping this captures just how truly grateful I am.
When we moved to Dallas, I was 16 weeks pregnant and still carrying deep birth trauma from my first pregnancy — an experience that left me bedridden from 24 to 32 weeks and ended with a 30-day NICU stay. I was terrified of reliving that same outcome. I met with provider after provider, only to be met with the same scripted responses. No one truly listened. No one treated me as an individual with a story that mattered.
Then, by what I can only call a miracle, I found Jennifer Milliron. From our very first appointment, she saw me — really saw me. At 20 weeks, she took the time to ask about every part of my life: my diet (and helped me adjust it), my stress levels, my sleep, even my relationship with my husband. She became like an aunt to my daughter, who was missing her extended family deeply at the time. Jennifer cared for me as a whole person, not just as a patient.
When the big day came, she was completely prepared. She coached me through every moment and helped me bring my baby into the world — safely, beautifully, and peacefully — right at home, into my husband’s hands. I did have some post-delivery complications, but her calm, capable team handled everything seamlessly.
To say she’s amazing doesn’t begin to cover it. Jennifer gave me something I never thought was possible: healing, confidence, and a birth experience filled with peace and love. For that, I will be forever grateful. — Brittany, Rockwall
