Before Dr. Cara, I was in so much pain I couldn’t move at the end of the day because of my pregnancy. Dr. Cara has helped me stay moving with little to no pain. She listened to my struggles and pains and actively made a plan specifically for me. I’m excited to continue getting adjusted through the last 10 weeks of Pregnancy and I’m excited to take my newborn to Social House for baby adjustments. —Lauren, Carrollton
