We can’t say enough about how Courtney has helped our daughter navigate life on the Autism spectrum and ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Courtney really gets our daughter. She listens to understand her needs and has developed a plan to help her self-advocate and cope with her issues. —Jay, Murphy
Courtney has been an amazing source of comfort and strength to my daughter and I. For the past 2 years, our family has experienced unbelievable loss and illness that had shattered our worlds and caused anxiety and pain. Courtney walked with us hand and hand through these tragedies and life altering experiences with compassion and understanding. Being a sounding board and voice of reason when we faulted in our recovery giving ourselves and grace and acceptance that she always has. We would not be in a place of peace without her. —Kathleen, Murphy
She has been such an amazing counselor. Embraces all members of the family, provides great resources and has had a huge impact in my life during a difficult time. —jessica, Wylie
I have been seeing Courtney for Marriage Counseling and personnel counseling for depression / anxiety. She has given me the opportunity to be more self aware and develop proper coping mechanisms to address my anxiety and depression helping me to become a better husband/father/friend/employee/person —Mark, Wylie
Mrs Ruetz counsels both of our twins and has done so for over a year and has helped both children through a cross country moved and a divorce over the last 3 years. —John, Wylie
We have been seeing Courtney Ruetz over 2 years for both family and individual therapy and she has made a huge impact on our family. She has really taught our family how to communicate and help us understand each other. As a family we have gone through alot in the last 2 years, death of family members and mental illness issues. Courtney has taught us Self-Awareness, setting boundaries and so much more! One of the best things I have learned in therapy is the “I ” statement which is so powerful in helping reduce blame,or putting someone on the defensive. —Tricia, Wylie
Courtney’s compassionate approach allowed my marriage and relationship with my son to heal. She took the time to educate us on communication with each other and our family. She is an impactful and compassionate care professional. We cannot recommend her enough.
