Trampoline parks, bounce parks, jumping places—and now slides parks too—whatever you tend to call them, DFW’s got them. Here you can get your child’s bounces out and let them explore a variety of other activities as well. Feeling springy, Mom? You can jump too! Take a look at our list below, which includes one destination that our readers recently voted for in our annual Best for Families survey.
Urban Air Adventure Park
There are more than just awesome trampolines here such as a climbing wall, warrior course, tubes playground and more that make up the indoor adventure park that will inspire the jumper in any kid, tween or teen. Try your hand (and feet) at the Slam Dunk Zone, giant airbag in the Drop Zone, the ninja warrior course, the Tubes Playground, ropes course, Sky Rider and more. Check with each location about on-site activities. There are some trampolines designated for little jumpers under 7 years old.
For our 2023 Best for Families, our readers voted for Urban Air as runner up for Best Party Venue for Fun & Games—and it’s easy to see why. Classic party packages include two hours of exploring the most exciting attractions for your kid and guests. Parents can relax as staff take care of prepping for the party. For tweens and teens, all lights are off as guests play glow-in-the-dark dodgeball and enjoy the sights of strobes and lasers in the Glow Party packages.

Slick City Action Park

Not quite an indoor playground and not quite a trampoline park, Slick City slides into a league of its own. Billed as the world’s first indoor slide and air court park, the playground features a variety of massive, dry, indoor slides—some that literally launch you into the air and (thankfully) onto a soft landing space.
Thrill seekers will want to try the Arlington location’s Royal Flush, a towering, swirling bowl slide, while littles in need of something more laid back can enjoy an area just for kids 45 inches and shorter. Both locations will offer week-long summer camps for kids 6–13.

Altitude Trampoline Park
Altitude has plenty of trampolines for standard jumping; you can also play trampoline dodgeball, duel on the Battle Beam, climb the rock wall and try to avoid getting knocked down by a giant rotating (and padded) bar, depending on which location you visit. Some parks have toddler jump times as well as sensory play days for kiddos with autism or sensory difficulties. Visit the website for each location or call for more info on specific programs.

Pump It Up
Pump It Up was designed as a climate-controlled venue for private and hassle-free birthday parties, but daily open-jump sessions have made the facilities a popular place to meet friends and get active. Inside the acres of play space, giant inflatables go way beyond the typical bounce house and give all ages a soft place to go a little crazy. In addition to giant slides, kids will find obstacle courses and arenas where they can challenge their friends to a game, or even a section with tricycles and scooters where younger kids can peddle around.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park
At this trampoline park inside Irving Mall, you can bounce on endless trampolines, make your way through the ninja warrior course, dive into a foam pit, climb the crazy ladder and play dodgeball, among other activities. Sky jousting? (Think gladiator-style battles but with pads.) They’ve got it here. Plus, toddlers can run and roam in a special area just for them.
For an extra cool time, come for Glow Jump (on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday late afternoons) when the attraction is lit up with black lights. Call or look online for the next jump time for Sensory Hours, a toned down time especially for children with sensory needs.
