We take a collaborative, family-centered approach by working alongside each family and providing education and support that help them feel confident, informed, and empowered throughout the journey.

My son worked with Ciera for several months for feeding therapy. As a new mother, I felt completely lost—my baby was struggling to gain weight, had severe reflux, and wasn’t eating as much as he needed. Ciera was incredibly kind and patient with both of us. She not only worked wonders with my son, but also equipped me with the tools and confidence I desperately needed. I carried a lot of anxiety and guilt about his feeding issues and slow weight gain, but with Ciera’s support, everything changed. Thanks to her guidance, my son began gaining weight consistently. When we first started working with her, he wasn’t even on the growth chart—now, at almost 15 months old, he’s thriving and within the average range. Even after discharge, Ciera reassured me that I could always reach out if I needed anything. Her compassion, knowledge, and support made all the difference in our journey. —Katy, Garland
