Our daughter was having extreme difficulties with her speech. She was also very apprehensive about going to new places and seeing new faces. Melissa was patient, understanding and more than willing to work with both our daughter and our schedule. She even responds promptly to our emails and is so caring when emergencies come up. She goes above and beyond to make speech therapy an accessible and enjoyable experience and our daughter absolutely gets excited on the days she’s scheduled to see Melissa.
