Give your kids a fit and fun summer at Cooper Fitness Center! From fitness and nutrition sessions to special events and activities, your kids will make new friends while staying active this summer. Choose from Fit & Fun Camp, Tennis, Swim or a combination!
Play with a purpose at Cooper Fitness Center’s action-packed Fit & Fun day camps! Keep your kids and teens active with our health and fitness programs, introducing various sports, physically-active games and overall wellness through daily fitness and nutrition lessons for Kids Camp (ages 5-7; must turn 5 by September 1, 2026) and Youth Camp (ages 8-12). Campers explore interests in physical fitness and sports in a non-competitive environment and learn the importance of making healthy choices. Our experienced staff and ideal setting—Cooper Fitness Center’s expansive outdoor spaces and indoor facilities—provide the ultimate camp experience to keep them active.
Camps run in weekly sessions, June 1-August 7, for ages 5-12. Add-on options include Splash Camp, Splash Academy and Extended Care hours.
Each week has a different schedule with activities to help campers build skills in teamwork, balance, coordination and social interaction, incorporating various activities that could include soccer, basketball, pickleball, relay races, memory games, scavenger hunts, tennis, capture the flag and education lessons on nutrition, yoga and more!
