Miss Betty has a wonderful demeanor with the chikdren and has made great exceptions and creative ways to continue therapy with children during the CV19 pandemic. She promptly switched to teletherapy to provide services and for those that weren’t handling it well, she allowed them to come to the facility for therapy outdoors. She is on top of cleanliness amd sanitizing equipment between clients. The childrwn love her and enjoy getting OT. I can see thw difference in their behaviora
