Started on the West Coast, the exercise hybrid has garnered plenty of fans around the US, including North Texas. It now boasts two meet-up spots—the Katy Trail in Dallas and River Legacy Park in Arlington. Hiking Yoga is an innovative way to unite fitness with nature. Hikes are led by instructors who set the pace and teach yoga (for all levels). While exploring the wall-free surroundings and interacting with fellow tree-posing hikers, your well-being will get a bountiful boost as well.
