Tuscany Meadows in Frisco

Winding through adjacent Tuscany subdivision in Frisco, you might think you’ve traveled back to 1950s suburbia. Tucked away inside the idyllic neighborhood, Tuscany Meadows is a peaceful, pristine park that should satisfy any mom’s need for fun—and safety. It earned an A on DallasChild’s Safety Report Card.*

The playground has slides, swings, rock walls and even the occasional quiz game that will keep kids physically and intellectually stimulated for hours. If they tire of those activities, the play structure is surrounded by a basketball court, a soccer field, a baseball field and picnic grounds—fun for the whole family.

All that’s really lacking here is proper signage letting people know about expected behavior—so moms, it’s up to you to keep the kids in check. Luckily, it’s easy to see what they are up to at all times, so once you tell them the rules, there’s no real opportunity for them to sneak one past you.

This review was distributed to the City of Frisco Parks and Recreation for further review and/or action.
