Make sure your kiddos are wearing good tennis shoes at Valley View Park; they can literally climb the walls here. Two play structures for ages 2–5 and 5–12 keep adventures on the side of safety with age-appropriate climbing walls and nets. The larger play structure has a realistic-looking boulder that children can climb up or walk across, and kids will feel just like Spider-Man scaling the large circular net designed to resemble a spider web. Little ones will get a kick out of the climbing slope on the smaller play structure; it’s made up of large plastic bugs and critters. The equipment is in great condition and the swings have new hardware connecting the seats to the chains, so you can be confident your child will be safe. There are no restrooms, though two portable toilets next to the parking lot should cover any emergencies. Located right off of LBJ Freeway and Hillcrest Road, Valley View Park is easy to locate and visible from the street. 7000 Valley View Lane, Dallas
