Timberglen Park in Dallas

Located just steps away from a Dallas Public Library branch and a Dallas recreation center, Timberglen Park’s playground (near the intersection of Timberglen and Midway) is the perfect place for kids to blow off a little steam. And parents will be happy to know the playground earned an A on DallasChild’s Safety Report Card.*

The playscape offers separate areas for older and younger kids, with three short slides that will appeal to little adventurers. Several climbing structures, a set of large monkey rings and more challenging, smaller monkey rings will keep the kids who love to climb plenty busy. The playground offers a soft mulch padding to cushion falls.

By far the coolest feature the playground offers is a tall, twisting, covered slide that kids can access by climbing up a neat covered staircase. With bars lining the sides of the staircase, kids are sure to stay safe, and they’ll absolutely love the view from the top!
