#ThingsWeLove: Allie + Bess

a weekly spotlight on brands, places and on-trend items curated by our editorial team

Welcome to #ThingsWeLove! The editors here at DFWChild are excited to share with you brands, places or on-trend items that have caught their eye. This week, our Digital Editor, Sydney Blalock Ritchie, is putting a spotlight on up-and-coming jewelry brand Allie + Bess.

Make sure to check back every Friday for more recommendations! You never know what cool hole-in-the-wall spot or game-changing product they’ll find …

I’m a big accessories person. I love wearing hats, scarves, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, all of it. To me, it’s a fun and easy way to make an outfit that you’ve worn a few (or a hundred) times look like something new and fresh.

Because of that, I enjoy finding different brands that I can add to my collection. So far this year, one jewelry line caught my eye: Allie + Bess. And they’re pretty new on the scene—the women-owned company just kicked off in 2019.

They have something for everyone. There’s gorgeous earrings, necklaces and bracelets that you can use to dress up a simple tee and jeans or pair with that go-to black dress. My favorite, though, are the bracelets because it’s all about the stacking. You can buy a stack that’s already put together or you can buy the bracelets individually to create your own.

Currently, I have the Sloane, the Black Gold Base and the Nude Zo. It’s the perfect neutrals stack. In springtime, I wear a lot of greens and blues, so I definitely have my eye on the Soho Zo stack. When summer comes around, I have the bright pink Venice Stack bookmarked.

Looking for a Valentine’s or Galentine’s gift? There’s a few other fun pink stacks and individual pink bracelets that would be the perfect gift. (Check out the Light Pink 8mm bracelet, the Birdie Stack or the Marbled Rose Zo Stack.)

Happy shopping!
