Running is a great (albeit temporary) escape for harried moms! Sometimes there’s nothing better than taking off and letting those feel-good endorphins kick in, and now is the perfect time to take up running, walking or training for a marathon—while the pleasant weather lasts! Luke’s Locker has training groups of all types—some for novice walker/runners who want to maintain a consistent fitness program, some multi-tiered, and some for those with more ambitious goals (such as half- or full marathons) in mind.
