Kids Colony 2 has much to offer in the way of family fun. The brand-new playground is the result of the collaboration of The Colony community members who raised funds for the project before joining forces for a community build. From its sensory garden to its all-inclusive play structure, Kids Colony 2 has something to offer children of all ages. While kids explore the nature-theme playground, parents can seek shelter under the shade of the covered pavilion or on a bench. Is there a teenager in your midst? Have him bring a basketball and hit the court or check out the miniature skate park, complete with ramps. Kids Colony 2 scored an A* on DallasChild’s Safety Report Card. Among its kid-friendly features are rubber surfacing and swings for kids big and small.
