Junction Park in Fort Worth

Junction Park is located off of Presidio Vista Drive across from the Wyatt at Presidio Junction Apartments. The park was established in 2011, so it is in great shape and has a lot of room for growth within its six acres.
This park, which earned an A on our safety report card, has one large playground for ages 5–12. There are a total of six slides, several climbing structures and a fireman pole, as well as two swings each for toddlers and older children. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the half basketball court. There are trash cans and several benches, but unfortunately no shade, although in time the newly planted trees will help with that.  There is also no parking lot, so you will have to park on the side of the road. Come check out this new addition to North Fort Worth and don’t forget your water and basketball.

This review was distributed to the City of Fort Worth Parks and Recreation for further review and/or action.
