Links lovers can get teed off at one of three nine-hole public golf courses designed by nationally acclaimed architectural firm Arthur Hills and Associates. Named one of Golf Magazine's "Top Ten Courses You Can Play," the Hill Country Golf Club was the first in South Texas to offer a computerized yardage system utilizing GPS (global positioning satellite) navigation systems to help golfers measure the distance from their ball to the hole.
For the whole family: Keeping your cool is easy since the Hyatt Hill Country has its own four-acre water playground complete with a sand beach, multiple swimming pools (including a toddler-friendly kiddie pool), a waterfall and two outdoor hot tubs. If that’s not enough, there’s the Ramblin' River, offering an inner tube float along 950 feet of beautifully landscaped waterway.
Did we forget to mention? The resort offers plenty of on-site amenities for go-getters, including a fully equipped health club, three tennis courts, sand volleyball pit, jogging trails, and a shady playground.
