Grace Academy of Dallas is “Christ-centered and future-focused.” Grace Academy serves students in Pre-K3 through the sixth grade and is conveniently located in Preston Hollow. We are proud to partner with families to meet both the educational and spiritual needs of each child. Grace Academy offers a unique balance of an academically rigorous curriculum within a nurturing, Christian environment. Students graduate from Grace Academy well-prepared for future success.
Christ-Centered Education
Grace Academy provides an environment that encourages the development of Christ-like attitudes, habits and character. Biblical instruction encourages growth toward spiritual maturity, strengthens a relationship with God through faith in Christ, and leads to an awareness of God’s special purpose for each child’s life. Grace Academy encourages children to maintain a balance of academic, intellectual, social, athletic and artistic pursuits while fostering their personal faith.
A Strong Educational Foundation
Grace Academy of Dallas fosters an environment where children strive for excellence in every academic undertaking. Grace Academy’s faculty and staff share a passion for elementary education and understand that elementary school lays the foundation for long-term success. Grace Academy’s phonics-based curriculum encourages early literacy and develops a lifelong love of reading.
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) are integrated into the daily curriculum to prepare students for an ever-evolving world. Students are able to participate in a variety of “specials” classes and pursue a myriad of athletic, artistic and musical opportunities where they are encouraged to use their gifts and discover new talents.
Students Become Leaders
A benefit of attending a school with enrollment through the sixth grade is that even our youngest students learn to become leaders. Students attend chapel weekly where they lead the fellowship, worship and prayer. Grace Academy’s Study Buddy program allows our older students to mentor our preschool and kindergarten children. Grace Academy’s oldest students participate in student council and lead the school in a variety of community service projects.
Extracurricular Opportunities
Grace Academy offers a variety of extracurricular opportunities, in addition to before and after school care. After school clubs vary year to year, offering a wide variety of interests. Past clubs have included ballet, manners, chess, hip hop, STEAM, sewing and theater. Students enjoy a variety of athletic opportunities including soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball and flag football.
This spring, Grace Academy’s theater department will present Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. and will feature the talents of over 30 students. The community is invited to see our students shine on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23 at the Decherd Hall at St. Mark’s School of Texas. Learn more about the show at graceacademy.com.
