Go Wild

Fort Worth Zoo opens new habitat, Elephant Springs.

There’s a new way to go wild at the Fort Worth Zoo!

The newest habitat, Elephant Springs offers up-close views of some of the world’s largest animals. Go nearly toe to trunk with the Zoo’s Asian elephant herd and get the chance to interact with these impressive animals with water sprayers. Watch as they roam around their yard, take a swim in the massive 400,000-gallon pool or splash under the spectacular new waterfall! Get close enough to hear the rumble of a greater one-horned rhino. Escape to lush, tropical landscapes and an authentic village that transports you to the other side of the world.
