This 5-week program provides a gentle introduction to yoga for preschoolers and parents. You’ll learn simple poses, breathing techniques, and calming skills. Combined with early literacy activities and crafts, “Yoga for Littles” can be taken in individual class sessions or for the 5-week program duration. Program is 60 minutes for children from birth to 5 years.
