Description
The Grapevine Vintage Railroad celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the 19th Amendment with three excursions on the Women’s Suffrage Victory Train. This immersive experience begins on the platform, where passengers encounter living history characters dressed in their best 1920s attire.
The entertainment continues once passengers board the Victorian-style coaches. Excursions offer insight into the great strides and achievements in the Women’s Suffrage Movement, both in Texas and across the nation.
On Saturday, September 12, the train will travel the Cotton Belt Route to the Historic Stockyards, with one-hour trains offered for Sunday, September 13.
Guests are welcome to get in the spirit of the event and wear their own 1920s clothing. While in Grapevine, don’t forget to explore Historic Main Street and the many dining establishments.
