Winter Lightfest

Winter Lightfest in Abilene is back for 2021 and bigger and brighter than ever! Come experience the magic of this 3/4-mile walking trail with 3 million lights,  the longest light tunnel in the U.S., a new virtual experience and, of course, Santa! Come enjoy hot chocolate, s’mores and bites from food trucks as you walk the holiday trail, open for on weekends (Friday through Sunday nights) beginning November 26, and during the week of Christmas December 20–23 and 26. Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The park is open from 6–10pm, with the last admission granted at 9pm. The parking lot is free and opens at 5:30pm.

Christmas Village, sponsored by Chick-Fil-A, is near the beginning of the trail. You’ll be able to enjoy dinner from one of the on-site food trucks, have s’mores by the fire, and purchase Winter Lightfest gear while enjoying the 60-foot lighted tree. Picnic tables and restrooms are also available. Santa will be in the park every night leading up to Christmas. You will be able to visit with Santa in Christmas Village. Photos with Santa are $10 for the entire family.

Chauffeured golf cart rides are available for anyone needing a little assistance navigating the park. Tickets must be purchased in advance and reservations must be made to ensure availability. Each ride takes roughly 30-minutes and each cart can accommodate up to 5 guests. Price per person is $20.
