Description
On Saturday, September 6, 2025 join the 16th annual Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida Association of North Texas (SBANT) and Family Picnic at Burger's Lake, which will be closed to the public during this event. The Walk-N-Roll is a family-friendly, half-mile walk around Burger’s Lake.
The purpose is to raise funds and bring Spina Bifida awareness to the community. Stay tuned for more details about the 2025 event as they are announced. Activities typically include:
- Enjoying Burger’s Lake, a spring-fed swimming hole with trees and sandy beaches
- Visiting sponsor and resource booths
- Musical entertainment
- Games
- Picnic
- Team shirt contests
Register online to participate. After the walk concludes and prizes are announced, the water will be open for swimming. A picnic lunch will be provided but you can bring your own food and drinks but no alcohol please. Enjoy the vendor booths, meeting other families and all the activities provided.
