Description

What makes a place home? How do homes reflect who we are, or who we want to be? Inspired by the DMA's special exhibit For a Dreamer of Houses and the work of local artists, you will explore the theme of homes, houses, and buildings and what they have in common with our individual identities.

Virtual Studio is a free three-week class for young people between the ages of 13–19 that is 100% online. Starting on Sunday, October 4, you will have access to weekly sketchbook prompts, discussions, and project ideas that you can complete at your own pace throughout the week in any material or medium you'd like.

Each Saturday through October 24 at 1pm Central Time, you'll have live virtual meet-ups to work on a project together, share what you've been working on, or do a Q&A with a DMA staff member or local artist.
