Ultimate Holistic Festival

Are you experiencing burnout and stress and seeking an outlet to reignite your passion for healthy living? Join this year's free family-friendly Health & Wellness Festival at the DeSoto Civic Center. The Global Holistic Movement is partnering with the City of DeSoto to host their 5th annual Ultimate Holistic Festival.

Bring your whole family, friends and neighbors as we, celebrate life and wellness. This year’s theme: Planting Seeds to Eradicate Chronic Illness. Wellness professionals locally and abroad, will be offering advice on healthy alternatives to modern medicine.

This year's Holistic Festival offers a ton of free wellness activities: healthy cooking demos, yoga, African drum and dance, mindful meditation and Zumba. Live entertainment includes as the internationally renowned Rob Holbert and The Rob Holbert Group – Q&As and empowering panel discussions.

Complimentary snacks and water will be provided on the 24th, along with a health-conscious vendor marketplace on both days. All this to designed to help you and your family learn more about healthy living practices.
