Trunk or Treat in the District

The AT&T Discovery District hosts its first-ever trunk or treat as part of Downtown Dallas Inc.’s Trick or Treat on Downtown Streets event next week. From 4–7pm on Friday, October 29, there’ll be more than 20 trick-or-treating booths on the Plaza at the AT&T Discovery District. So don’t forget to bring a bag for the candy and other goodies. (Vendors staffing the booths include some of the District’s restaurants as well as AT&T’s Business, Network and Employee Resource Groups will host the booths, like HACEMOS, LEAGUE, InspireASIAN, FirstNet, BELIEVE Dallas and more.)

There will be some great costumes, candy, photo ops and live music by Hightower and DJ Mike B will play at Jaxon from 6–10pm. And for parents who want to linger in the Discovery District to let the kids burn off the sugar and treats, walk through the free Clint Eastwood exhibit on display in the AT&T global headquarters lobby.

Come back the next day, Saturday, October 30, for Cartoons on the lawn from 10–11am, when four kids films will plays on the giant Media Wall. Then stop by The Exchange to grab some breakfast refreshments from Rise+Thyme, Press Waffle Co., and Saturday Morning Ice Cream. The Saturday lineup includes:
