Train to Trot Launch Party by Texas Health

Get moving the “Texas Health-Y Way” by participating in Texas Health’s Train to Trot program, just in time for the YMCA Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day! Texas Health’s Train to Trot is a free “couch to 5K” 10-week, self-paced training program designed to get everyone (of all ages and fitness levels) walking or running with a personalized tracker, expert tips, music playlist, and online community support.

The public is invited to a free kickoff event to kick off the program. Festivities include photos with the YMCA turkey mascot, discounts on Turkey Trot registration, prizes, assessments, and connecting with other participants. The first 250 attendees will also receive a free Texas Health hat.
