Train Tales with Eugene the MotorMouse

Friday, August 16, 10:30–11:15am

Every Friday morning, a story teller and puppet Eugene the MotorMouse at the Interurban Railway Museum in Plano present a free story time program including reading about trains, singing, dancing, and a motorman-guided tour of Car 360. You are welcome to stay after story time to continue exploring the museum. Best for toddlers and preschoolers.

Two wonderful storytellers Genie and Melody alternate performing the story time:
-Genie is a retired librarian and professional storyteller. She has been performing story time here almost every Friday since 2006.
-Melody is a children's specialist at Allen Public Library. For 10 years, she has provided story time for children in Allen and also worked in the Plano Public Library Children's department for 12 years. She is a Plano native and is an avid quilter.
