Where do you bring young children for Halloween? The Library! Tiny Treaters is a safe, come-and-go event Halloween event at Arlington Public Library in downtown for children age 5 and younger. Wear your costumes and enjoy:
-Glow-in-the-dark story time
-Storytelling and book readings
-Movies
-Kids costume parade at 6pm
-Crafts

This event is for young children so there will be no candy given out and all participants are asked to wear costumes that are not scary.
