Description
This is no ordinary Nutcracker! For one night only, the company will trade tradition for whimsy in the Friday, December 16 performance of The Nutty Nutcracker at Bass Performance Hall. This annual parody features zany characters and pop culture moments woven into the conventional Nutcracker story.
Find out which hilarious new characters will join Clara on her Christmas adventure to turn the traditional tale on its head. You never know who will make an appearance, so get ready for a magical evening of side-splitting laughs. Choreographed by Ben Stevenson, O.B.E.
The nonprofit ballet company also performs The Nutcracker at Winspear Opera House in Dallas November 25–December 4, then moves to Bass Performance Hall in Fort Worth December 9–24.
