The Cowtown Marathon

The Cowtown Marathon is the largest multi-event race in North Texas. Cowtown Race Weekend welcomes runners and walkers with all athletic abilities to participate in races, which start and finish at Will Rogers Memorial Center.

In-Person Events
Saturday, February 24: Kids 5K, Adults 5K, 10K

Sunday, February 25: Half marathon, full marathon, ultra marathon

Kids 5K details:
All races Start and Finish at Will Rogers Memorial Center on Lancaster Ave.‍ The Kids 5K will start at 9am and will run a separate course from the Adults 5K. Register here.

Kids 5K participants receive:
• Dry fit shirt (gender specific for the 10K)
• Custom finisher medal
• Custom bib
• Printable finisher certificate
• Runner food
• Reunite after-party with live band and activities

Proceeds benefit the children’s charity, The C.A.L.F. (Children’s Activities for Life and Fitness) Program, which provides training to help children develop a lifelong love of fitness. A grant program is offered for students in need of funding their entries into the Kid’s 5K. In addition, these children are provided with school visits from our staff, where they are given training tools, instruction on nutrition and running tips, and quality running shoes to help them achieve their goals.
