Description
The 38th annual Texas Storytelling Festival runs March 9–12 at Denton Civic Center. Festivities include 50 storytellers, 13 storytelling events, nine workshops and four youth activities. Children 10 and up will enjoy any of the storytelling events throughout the weekend, and the festival also offers more youth events especially for ages 7–17. Come to Emily Fowler Library (502 Oakland Street) for storytelling, workshops, and an open mic to encourage children to try their hand at storytelling.
