Description
Join Log Cabin Village in exploring the history of vegetarianism in the 19th-century United States while sampling historic recipes. Participants will learn about our vegetarian ancestors while cooking and tasting some of the recipes from early examples of vegetarian cookbooks. You'll also take home historic recipes to try at home.
