Why Walk?
Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere — at work, at home, or on the field. This year’s theme, “Nation of Lifesavers,” focuses on empowering every household to be CPR-ready. Every walker and every dollar helps train more lifesavers, fund critical research, and support heart health programs across Tarrant County.
Can't make it this September? You'll have another opportunity on October 18 to join the Dallas Heart Walk, held in Irving.
