Description
The Step up for Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas is partnering with the Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences Occupational Therapy Program (OTD) to bring its annual Step Up Walk to the Kelly Lawn on the campus of TCU, located outside the Dee J. Kelly Alumni & Visitors Center, at 2820 Stadium Drive, Fort Worth. (The nearest parking lot is lot 6, close to the Amon G. Carter Stadium.)
They expect over 1,600 people to attend and help us raise money for programs that support the Down syndrome community. The Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk is the biggest fundraising event for The Down Syndrome Partnership of North Texas, supporting educational programs, social opportunities and advocacy.
There are vendor and sponsor opportunities available and teams can start forming now. Form your team today and be eligible for DSPNT's Summer Incentive Prize: Four tickets in a suite when the Texas Rangers celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness day on Sunday, August 10. The team raising the most money by Sunday, August 3 will win that experience and the team adding the most team members will receive four tickets to attend the game.
