Spring Break: Brain Bean Buddies

Every spring break, Meow Wolf Grapevine unveils a completely new way to explore The Real Unreal. This year, discovery takes root with Brain Bean Buddies, a limited-time, plant-inspired spring break experience that invites guests of all ages to explore hidden details, solve creative puzzles, and unlock tactile surprises woven throughout the exhibition. Tickets on sale now from March 14–22, 2026.

Running daily during regular operating hours, Brain Bean Buddies elevates The Real Unreal into a collaborative scavenger hunt across dimensions. Guests receive their themed materials inside the exhibition and are encouraged to challenge their group to uncover illustrated clues, decode puzzles, and follow creative prompts hidden throughout the multi-colored art worlds of Meow Wolf. Rather than racing for points, the experience rewards curiosity, close observation, and playful exploration with special surprises inside the exhibition.

As guests progress through the scavenger hunt and crossword-style puzzles, they unlock a hidden interactive moment centered on creation and growth. Tickets to this year’s Brain Bean Buddies will include art-making activities using paper pulp to make plantable, growable art. Along the way, guests collect creative prompts, stencil-based coloring designs made with earth-friendly materials, and an exclusive limited-time Brain Bean Buddies patch as a reward. All activities and keepsakes are included with admission during the event dates.
