Description
Reading with a ranger meets paper plane competition!
On Saturday, February 8 at 1pm, meet at the nature center to join Ranger Izzy as she reads the children's book called Fly High: The Story of Bessie Coleman, by Louise Borden and Mary Kay Kroeger, illustrated by Teresa Flavin. Then compete in a paper plane competition. Can you make the plane that fly's the furthest?
Be sure to bring water and weather appropriate clothes. Note that all ranger-led programs are subject to weather cancelations.
