Sensory Friendly Screenings

Movies are meant to be enjoyed by everyone, and that is exactly why Harkins Theatres has introduced Sensory Friendly Screenings. One Saturday each month at 9:45am, select Harkins locations will present a family friendly film in an auditorium dedicated to guests affected by autism and sensory processing disorders.

Sensory Friendly Screenings include brightened light levels, reduced sound volume and room for guest interaction. Outside snacks are also permitted to the showings.

On January 11 see Spies in Disguise, the animated, PG-rated movie recently released on Christmas Day and starring Tom Holland, Will Smith, Ben Mendelsohn, Karen Gillan, Rashida Jones, DJ Khaled and Masi Oka.

Super spy Lance Sterling (Will Smith) and scientist Walter Beckett (Tom Holland) are almost exact opposites. Lance is smooth, suave and debonair. Walter is - not. But when events take an unexpected turn, this unlikely duo are forced to team up for the ultimate mission that will require an almost impossible disguise - transforming Lance into the brave, fierce, majestic... pigeon. Walter and Lance suddenly have to work as a team, or the whole world is in peril.
