Sci-Tech’s summer MAKER design challenges begin this month with the May theme “Design: Art Meets Science.” Each challenge begins with a Starting Line Webinar and then lets kids go off and create something according to the rules of the challenge. Participants of all ages can submit pictures and videos of their creations for a gallery showcase on Sci-Tech’s social media.

Learn to use Tinker-CAD to bring your inventions to life in our Starting Line Webinar. Then it’s a race to see what you will invent. Entries due May 25–29 for a special showcase May 30–31 on Sci-Tech's social media.

Preschool Science Time: Read, Play, Do
Continue virtually at 11am on Thursdays beginning May 7. This summer, Sci-Tech is celebrating Eric Carle and the wonderful art and design found in his children's books. Join in for singing, dancing, activities and a good book.
