Santa’s Here at Willow Bend

Welcome back Santa to The Shops at Willow Bend on Friday, November 9. During Santa's arrival party from 6–9pm in Macy's Court at his Ice Palace. See Santa arrive alongside a kid-friendly DJ and many jolly characters and enjoy retailer pop-ups, a hot chocolate bar and fun activities.

Through December 24, visitors are transported to a winter wonderland when they step inside the spectacular holiday Ice Palace, featuring a 30-foot ice dome with falling snow, a light show and interactive fun for all ages. Marvel at the larger-than-life snow globes, leave an icy handprint and sit on the chilly Ice Throne. The adventure culminates with a visit to Santa and a special gift.

Please refrain from using personal cameras during your visit with Santa. Santa photo packages start at $27.99.

Santa’s visiting hours:
Sunday: noon–6pm with one milk and cookie break from 3–3:30pm
Monday–Saturday: 10am–9pm with two milk and cookie breaks from 12:30–1pm and 5:30–6pm
