Description
Join the City of Garland for an unforgettable Independence Day celebration featuring live music by Randall King and Jon Stork, delicious food, games for all ages, and a drone show. It's the perfect way to honor our nation's independence with free admission and vendors adding to the festive atmosphere.
The event starts with the Presentation of Colors at 5pm, followed by Military songs by Vocal Majority.
Family fun includes an apple pie eating contest at 5:40pm, Texas Skatium Skating Rink, Indy RC World - Remote Control Cars, and Olympic-style games.
Note that due to the expected crowd size, blankets and chairs are not allowed on the lawn, and coolers are not allowed inside the festival footprint.
