Description

It comes as no surprise that stress and anxiety are on the rise among children. The goal of this three-part series hosted by Katie Hurley is to give parents concrete tools and strategies to support their children at home.

The series will teach the subtle differences between stress and anxiety, coping skills to increase happiness, and tools to build resilience and confidence.

Katie Hurley, child psychotherapist, parenting educator and author of The Happy Kid Handbook, No More Mean Girls and most recently, A Year of Positive thinking for Teens, will bring her proactive approach to empower parents to take concrete steps to help their children thrive in stressful times.

Held October 14, 21 and November 4 at 7–8pm Central. Recordings of each session will be available to workshop attendees after the session but we highly encourage live attendance.
